Irmo Property Solutions, LLC is owned by Donald M. Shearer, a property owner in Irmo and Chapin, S.C. Originally from Anderson, S.C., attended Irmo High School and Midlands Technical College. Don has seven years’ experience in property management and can provide knowledgeable and professional property management experience. He is licensed through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation.
